I am a graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in business administration, with a double minor in marketing and management. I have been with Morningstar Legacy since 2020 and have been licensed since Fall 2021. I enjoy traveling, good food, and making memories with friends & family in my free time.
Jodi Redfearn was born and raised in Las Cruces New Mexico. She grew up with her Dad selling real estate. She is married to her husband Jake Redfearn and together they have 3 sons. She first got her real estate license back in 2005 and worked at The Casitas at Morningstar. Jodi took time to raise her boys until they were all in school and then started selling real estate again in 2020. This city is so special to Jodi and her family, and she loves sharing the beauty of living in Las Cruces with others.
Erika Okinga is the qualifying broker and managing partner of Morningstar Legacy. She has been licensed since 2009 and has a strong passion for what she does. She loves people, and she loves real estate. Erika's hobbies include traveling, spending time with family, her pets are super important, and she loves hiking and mountain biking! Erika takes pride in what she does and is ready to help you with any of your real estate-related needs. She has been doing property management since 2007 and is a proud member of the National Association of Property Managers. She holds designations such as seller's representative specialist, real estate negotiating expert, and is a certified sales professional. She continues to educate herself on the latest trends in real estate in order to continue to offer excellent residential sales and property management services.
